The results are in…. Here are our top rated luxury holiday villas and family apartments for 2019 at Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, Baleal Beach and Rio Maior. Take a look and find out why our guests loved them!
1. Apartment Baleal Sun
Minutes from the beach and the bars and restaurants at Baleal
The Silver Coast is famous for the most perfect surfing conditions and our Baleal Sun Apartment is the number 1 favourite for groups of 4, looking for maximum holiday time at the beach for surfing with the luxury, of a well eqipped pad to head back. Guests love the ample outside space to chill and BBQ aswell as having the best location to expore the local restaurants and bars. This one was liked so much, most guests extended their stay!
2. Baleal Beach Apartment
Countryside views, with the beach and restaurants on your doorstep
Another stunning spot to enjoy Baleal beach, but with space to accommodate a party of 6. This great, modern apartment has the best location to reach the best surf spots and beaches in Baleal. The sunny balcony off the living room has relaxing countryside views. Perfect for morning coffee or post surf chill.
3. Casa Stardust
‘One of the best positioned apartments within Vila dos Principes’
It’s not hard to see why this was our guests’ favourite family apartment within the Vila dos Principles condominium, which is a big achievement as the whole complex is designed to create the perfect family hoilday set up. Casa Stardust has the most enviable dining spot, south facing with plenty of garden spacing for little ones to play. Bright and sunny location and beautifully furnished throughout, Casa Stardust certainly gets our vote as well!
4. Sea and Sea Apartment

Loved, not just for it’s location being a short walk from the sand dunes and moles of golden sand at Consolation beach but for it’s modern and stylish interiors. Our Sea & Sea apartment is super stylish with a choice of not one but two terraces to enjoy during your holiday.

The addtion of a wood burner makes means a family getaway is good anytime!
7. Amen Corner
Always popular, great for golfers and families
Loved by golfing fans and families of four. Amen Corner is a pretty and practical home within the Vila dos Principles condominium and Praia d’el Rey Resort. For those looking for ground floor accomodation and a great spot for sunbathing, with the added benefit of close proximity to one of the three heated swimming pools on offer.
8. Casa da Magnolia
Pretty & peaceful at this beautifully furnished villa
Named after the majestic Magnolia trees at the entrance to the villa, guests love the peaceful location of Casa Magnolia paired with the stylish contemporary interiors. Plenty of space for groups up to 6, guests loved walking straight out the french doors to the garden with built in BBQ or escaping upstairs to a large private terrace for some evening sun.
9. Quinta Velho Arvoredo
Peaceful seclusion surrounded by stunning countryside
Loved by guests looking to retreat to a rural but stunning location. This villa is ideal for up to 8 VIP guests looking to holiday with relaxing by the pool, evening BBQ’s and a few games of table tennis and boules. All to the backdrop of picture perfect countryside. As with all our villas Wifi is available but most opt for the full digital detox experience when staying at Quinta Velho Arvoredo.

Part of the family friendly Dom Sebastiao properties, guests love the quiet location of Apartment 27b with a peaceful outlook over the garden and pine trees.
