For many people property ownership abroad is an investment as well as a second home. From small beginnings in 2004, renting friend’s and neighbours properties we have built up a strong and reputable business. Our focus is on providing great service and peace of mind to our clients, that their property is cared for and treated with respect, while earning rental income to offset those costs associated with owning a property abroad.

Renting out your property can be a big decision. We understand all the concerns that go with it. Will my property be treated with respect? How do we ensure only the best guests stay there? We have built up 16 years worth of experience to ensure we target the most desirable guests, with measures in place to ensure your property is cared for to the point where you wouldn’t even know someone had been in it.

We are now the largest independent holiday company operating at Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort. Our guests are typically affluent families from across Europe, some are discovering this area for the first time while have been regular guests of ours booking year after year.

Online presence and great marketing

We invest heavily in our online presence. Our website has regular upgrades to ensure guests looking for their holiday have the best user experience on our site, as well as being able to book their holiday online through our site. We use digital advertising to ensure we can reach a wide audience with advertising through Google, Facebook and Instagram and invest in professional photography to ensure our properties look as good online as they do in real life.

We also use other Online Travel Agents such as Booking.com and Homeaway to increase visibility online. This is done on a by-property basis to match the right property to the right guests and to fit with what you want to achieve with holiday rentals.

Extensive Network

We work with a small number of select partners across Europe to better reach our target market. Again this increases our reach to ensure our properties are visible to the right guests in the right places and is done in consultation with you to ensure our approach matches your rental objectives.

Property Management

As well as providing holiday rental services, we can offer the full range of property services including management, maintenance, housekeeping, and everything else you need to ensure your home from home is taken care of.

We have been managing properties on the Silver Coast for more than 16 years through our sister company Silver Coast Living Lda and we pride ourselves on our professional, reliable and transparent service. We cover everything you need to give you peace of mind knowing that while you are away from Praia d’el Rey your property is well cared for and your investment looked after.

Silver Coast Living is the only management company that provides our clients with their own unique, password- protected online account. Here you can see your itemised line-by-line income and expenses for your property. All your bills such as utilities, internet, cleaning and laundry etc are paid from your account and if you choose to rent then your rental income is paid in to this account too. Everything is in one place and you can access your account whenever you want, 24-7. You can also provide access to your accountant so they can easily prepare tax statements.

The personal touch

We genuinely care about our clients and understand the concern that you can feel about your property in another country.
We check all our properties at least once a week when they are unoccupied but often it is more than this to ensure that everything is ok. If anything does need to be reported to you then we let you know straight away and provide photos so you can be informed and aware.

All our clients are different and we tailor our service to fit you. We can schedule housekeeping visits when you want, arrange additional service that you might request, take deliveries of furniture or items that you have bought online, even ensure they are groceries in the fridge when you arrive!

We do this regularly and genuinely care about you and your property. Should anything arise we let you know immediately with photographic evidence.

Pool and Garden management & maintenance

Carried out on a weekly basis to ensure your pool and garden are maintained and always looking their best.

Welcoming your guests

Our office is located ten minutes from Praia d’el Rey in the local village of Serra d’el Rei and from here we can also provide a key collection service for your family and visitors. We provide arrival information and directions and can also provide groceries, an extra bed, cots, high chairs and anything else needed.

Be it Ikea shopping and assembly, installing WiFi, replacing bed linen, interior and exterior decorating, updating the kitchen or the bathroom, we can take care of everything else so you don’t have to
