We continue to offer flexibility for all our bookings in 2022. Our pledge it to always treat our guests fairly and honestly and to offer flexibility. We know everyone is keen to take a holiday and you can do it with peace of mind when you book with Holiday Rental Portugal, clear in knowledge that you can flex your travel plans should you need to.

Our Covid-19 holiday pledge: Flexibility & Fairness

We will offer complete flexibility up to 2 weeks before you arrive if your holiday becomes affected by a travel restriction introduced as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic*.

If one of these travel restrictions are introduced then you can change or cancel your holiday up to 14 days before arrival:

Full refund for cancellation up to 1 month before arrival

Up to 14 days before arrival: change dates to later in 2022 or 2023, or request a voucher for the payment that you have made

7-14 days you would be eligible to receive a voucher for 50% of the amount that you have paid.

If we can rebook your property for the dates that you would have travelled then we can refund you the amount we have rebooked it for.

Balance payments will be due 8 weeks before arrival as usual, and you can change or cancel your holiday up until 4 weeks from arrival.

We strongly advise all guests to have adequate travel insurance in place before your book your holiday. If you holiday is affected by Covid-19 the first port of call will be your insurer. If you have specific reasons for not wishing to travel where there are no FCO or government restrictions in place we ask you to contact your travel insurer.
