Brelcome to Portugal

In these uncertain Brexit times, be assured that Portugal is very much looking forward to welcoming British guests again this Summer, whether there is a deal or no deal result on March 29.

Being just a 2 and a half hour flight away, it is no surprise to hear British visitors account for 15% of Portugal’s tourist industry revenue; with millions of UK travellers flocking back each year. The Silver Coast and Praia del Rey resort is a huge attraction for a family summer holiday. The season is always joyous, with families enjoying the golden beaches, watersports on the lagoon and those award winning golf courses, set in stunning countryside.

In fact, Portugal is one of the first EU countries to implement new plans to prevent disruption for UK travellers. Should there be any issue, President  António Costa has already given the go ahead for dedicated fast track lanes for UK passports holders at Portuguese airports, and the assurance UK visitors will still have access to emergency health care.
