Contemporary design villa overlooking a large lagoon-style salt water pool. Villa Lagoa I is bright and well furnished, located a short walk from Obidos Lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy an area of private garden and the large shared garden shaded by majestic palm trees. There is a fire pit and lawn area, and the pool is surrounded by sun loungers for you to use. The area is shared with just 3 other properties. Close to the beautiful beach and Obidos medieval town.
Villa Lagoa 1 is new for summer 2021. Located in a quiet area on the edge of Obidos lagoon, Villa Lagoa I is a great choice for holiday with family or friends. On the ground floor is a kitchen and dining area. Large sliding doors take you out to the garden where there is outside dining for 6. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee machine and here is also a flat screen television. At the area of the villa the garden is open with the villa next door (Also available to rent, Villa da Lagoa II), or walk around to the front of the villa for a private garden area.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom also with sliding doors out to the garden, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs you come into a bright living area which also has a sunny terrace looking over the pool. There is also a second kitchenette here.
There is a twin bedroom with views over the lagoon style swimming pool. The is also a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
Outside there is a large lagoon style salt water pool with a waterfall at one end. The landscaped garden features beautiful palm trees, a large area of lawned garden and a fire pit. there is also a separate small children's pool which is shallow and perfect for paddling.
Please note the pool is not lifeguarded.
Villa Lagoa i and II are located in a quiet, residential area primarily of other villas, and they are a short walk down to Obidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here the At.lantic ocean meets the stillness of the lagoon, a haven for wildlife, and totally unspoilt by commercialism or over development. The lagoon also offers the perfect conditions for sailhing, windsurfing and other water sports that can be arranged at the various sailing schools. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach the beach bars and restaurants at Foz. The beautiful medieval town of Obidos is located a 10 minute drive away and is well worth a visit.

Obidos, a beautiful medieval walled town. Lots of little shops, cafes and restaurants and for those who don't mind height, you can even climb the city walls!
