The master bedroom on the first floor of Casa Jade - 5 Afonso IV has a large en-suite bathroom and two balconies off opposite sides of the room. On one side the balcony looks over fields and countryside to the ocean and the Berlenga islands in the distance, and is a fantastic sheltered sun-trap. On the other side the balcony overlooks the large swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room with French doors opening out to a sheltered terrace with outside dining, the second bedroom and shower room. Jade is furnished in a relaxed style with shades of chocolate.
Set at the top of a small hill, this group of townhouses enjoy a great position looking out over Praia del Rey Golf and Beach Resort. A private road leads to the houses, so there is no passing traffic and no public access to the swimming pool. The 5 Star Marriott Hotel and the beach are only a few minutes away on foot in one direction, and the clubhouse and first tee a few minutes away in the other.
We have several houses next door to each other, making this the ideal choice for families or groups of friends holidaying together.
