comprises...
..on the ground floor a large dining room seating
ten. Huge picture windows look onto the ocean and there's
a wood burning stove for cooler nights. A family kitchen
and breakfast room (with a utility room next door with
washing
machine & tumble dryer) opens onto a sunny courtyard - perfect for breakfast.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor - a double one and one with bunk beds with a
bathroom in between.
Upstairs the large comfortable living room looks out across the
beach to the Atlantic. There are two bedrooms on this floor - a spacious master
bedroom which opens
onto a large, sunny & sheltered terrace. There's a loo with washbasin just
off the master bedroom. A second bedroom on this floor has twin beds and there
is a family bathroom, plus an office.
The house also has a separate apartment with a kitchen, cosy living room (with
the
lovely views); double bedroom; shower room and - the exciting bit - a wooden
ladder leading to an upstairs sleeping gallery where mattresses will accommodate
2 or 3 children in a fun & secret place.
