a lovely, comfortable family home with four bedrooms and
four bathrooms. It's located in a quiet residential area,
a 3 minute drive to the Clubhouse and first tee and 5 minutes
to the Marriott Hotel and the beach. The spacious living/dining
room has plenty of comfortable sofas, a giant plasma screen
TV and separate dining area. There is a log burning stove
for cosy nights in. Adjoining the dining room is a well-planned
and equipped kitchen. French doors open from the living
room onto the terrace - great for alfresco meals. There
is a good-sized lawn in the garden - giving enough room
for young ones to kick a ball around - as well as beautiful
tropical plants. The pool is heated, with heating included
in the price during July & August and optional during
the rest of the year. It has an excellent cover - electrically
operated - which is virtually child proof. This is a great
family home and wonderful for your Silver Coast holiday.
