Welcome to the website for my company Holiday Rental Portugal Ltd. We offer a comprehensive rental and management service here at Praia d'el Rey through Holiday Rental Portugal and our Portuguese company Silver Coast Living. We live at Praia d'el Rey and our office is a short distance away in the local village of Serra d'el Rei.

We work closely with our property owners offering total flexibility for the rental of their property. We feel that as you are the owner you should enjoy your holiday home as often as you wish and should not be restricted to a limited number of weeks per year. You may also want to maximise your rental income by advertising your property yourself. Alternatively you may not have the time or inclination to be bothered with rental enquiries and prefer to leave all of this to us. Whichever option you choose - we are flexible and try to fit in with what you want.

We have a great website - also translated into Spanish and German. Our rental clients come from all over the world, but primarily from Europe. We're proud to say that at least 25% of our renters are repeat bookers - a testimony to our service and the standard of the properties we offer.

Our accounts are presented with total transparency.. You may check your account - online - whenever you wish. It is regularly updated. When something needs to be fixed, we shop around for the best price. We were the first independent rental and management agency here at Praia d'el Rey ten years ago and have built up many good contacts with local suppliers and tradesmen during this time. The benefit of our knowledge is passed directly onto you, the owner. Living at Praia d'el Rey, we understand the costs involved with second home ownership and that sometimes money is required sooner than expected. We will transfer rental funds within two months of receipt of payment to help you budget more effectively. We are also happy to help when your property needs upgrading .... a new coat of paint; new cushions or curtains, bedcovers or furniture. We want your house to look its best at all times and understand that, with limited time on visits, it may not always be possible to find the extra things you want to make your holiday home more comfortable. We are here to help...

This is just the broad picture. We also arrange lots of other things for owners during the course of the year. It could be log deliveries for your wood burning stove (and organise for the wood burning stove to be installed); restaurant bookings; advice on special celebrations and booking venues for anniversaries and weddings; advise on the best surf lessons and much much more.
