Silver Coast Villas

New in June 2011, Villa da Margarida is one of the nicest Silver Coast villas. Villa da Margarida stands in a large plot and has lovely views across the golf course to the ocean. There is a large pool with decking around and a good sized garden mostly laid to lawn. It's only a gentle 5 minute stroll to the wonderful sandy Praia Del Rey beach.
Entering the house, the feeling of light and space is impressive. The huge living room has comfortable seating for 8 - 10 people and an extending dining table currently seating 8. The large flat screen TV receives UK digital channels as well as the cable TV of the resort with many European channels, plus there is a DVD player. The scene stealer in the living room is the beautiful atrium courtyard filled with flowers and tropical plants.
Walking through the dining area to the spacious and well equipped kitchen with Bosch equipment - who wouldn't want to cook dinner with that gorgeous view! A separate utility room next to the kitchen has the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board..

As Silver Coast villas go this one is large with four large bedrooms - all with individual en suite bathrooms. On the first floor, the master suite opens onto a large terrace with great views of the 5th fairway. The second bedroom also has a kingsize double bed. There is also a comfortable social area for younger guests with sofa, TV and half size snooker table. On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. One has twin beds and the other has a king size double bed plus a pull out single bed as well. Villa da Margarida is superb family holiday home and one of the best silver coast villas.
