Portugal Surf Villa

Vista Dourada or 'Golden View' is so called because of the beautiful sunsets that shed a golden light over the bay between Lagide and Peniche.
This house is very spacious and perfect for a large group of surfing friends or family. It is a traditional family house - not modern or minimalist - just comfortable. It's located down a farm track at the very edge of the village of Ferrel. There are houses on either side and a small 'mini mercado' at the end of the track as you head back to the village. Ferrel is a traditional Portuguese village with a handful of small shops - grocers, butcher, bread shop, bank and surf shops. It is 10 minutes or less to drive to the fabulous surf beaches at Baleal. This Portugal surf villa is arranged over three floors with the lower ground floor games room opening onto the wide terrace around the pool. There is also a large under cover barbeque area.

The two main floors have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom each. On the ground floor there is a large master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is a children's room with 2 twin beds and another smaller room with a double bed. Also on this floor is a good sized and well equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with log burner, wide screen TV receiving 35 channels; two dining areas - one for eight people and a smaller alcove with dining for four. This room leads through to a 'sun room ' another lovely sitting area with beautiful views towards the ocean and another dining area. Doors open onto a spacious verandah and steps take you down to the lower ground floor area with the garden and pool. On the upper floor there is one double bedroom with balcony, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom which opens onto a large and private terrace. This floor shares one large family type bathroom. The villa has internet and multi channel TV and is super accommodation for a portugal surf holiday centred on baleal, lagide, supertubes and peniche.
