Entering the house you are immediately impressed by the light, airy and spacious feel of Rosa Villa. The double height ceiling allows light to flood in, making the most of the Portuguese sunshine. The living area is open plan with separate dining, sitting and bar areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all utilities and appliances that you would expect in addition to a separate laundry room. Rosa Villa has three bedrooms on the ground floor and two bathrooms. There is a twin bedded room; a double bedroom and the third bedroom has twin double beds. Ascending the open plan stairs and gallery area (which has an outside terrace running the length of the villa), there is a spacious master bedroom suite. The bathroom is very well equipped and has a large walk in shower as well as a bath. One of the best features of the house is the Florida-style screening of the entire pool and patio area. The ambient feel is that the garden is a beautiful outside room. There is an outside breakfast area with eight chairs, built-in BBQ and eight sun loungers.

The garden is another lovely feature - well designed and planted with many unusual tropical plants. Rosa Villa is located at the heart of Praia d'el Rey, overlooking the 9th fairway. It is a few minutes’ walk to the Clubhouse, the first tee and driving range, two minutes walk to the Tennis Centre and grocery store and a pleasant downhill stroll to the Hotel and the beach. It's a beautiful house and perfect for a Portugal Beach and Golf Holiday. Heated pool (optional extra at £150 per week). Safety alarm on front door.
