We are Marianne
Fletcher-Smith and Rod Smith. In 1999 we bought a townhouse in Praia D’El
Rey and started renting our house and the houses of fellow owners.
Our business and website, www.holiday-rental-portugal.com, grew from there.
Today, our clients come from the USA, Canada, most of Scandinavia, Poland,
Spain,
Italy,
Portugal
and
of
course England and Ireland.
To maintain better control of cleaning, laundry and offer a better service
to both our rental and owner clients in 2005 we established a Portuguese
company, 366 Property Management Lda.

D'El Rey. Here we have golf clubs and DVD's for
hire and maps for sale. We also have free internet access
at the office. Our wireless network
is
on 24/7
so
if you have a wireless laptop just pull into the carpark
and away you go. At the end of the day this is a family business
and the two of us control everything - including this website
which is updated daily.

In
a 2007 review of golf in Portugal the International Association
of Golf Tour Operators
named the Silver Coast as the ‘Golf Destination of the
Year’, ahead of the Algarve, Andalucia and the other
established Continental golfing treasures. Praia DEl Rey enjoys
a prime beach-front
location near the medieval walled town of Obidos in the heart
of the Silver Coast and is a one hour drive from the airport
and international shopping of Lisbon. This Silver Coast golf
resort has pine and eucalyptus woods on one side and miles
of golden sandy beaches on the other. Over the last five or
