is located in a pleasant residential area of villas and
townhouses. A three minute drive to the Clubhouse and first
tee (easily walkable) and slightly longer to the Marriott
Hotel and the beach. The Tennis Centre is a three minute
walk away. Stylishly furnished and decorated in neutral
shades, this new house is perfect for those who appreciate
contemporary, uncluttered living.
There are four double bedrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms each have double beds,
ensuite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the pool. Downstairs are two further
twin-bedded rooms with shower rooms next door. All windows have electric blinds.
The spacious living/dining room has comfy cream sofas, a log burning stove, large
plasma TV and music system. Two sets of double French doors open onto a terrace
which overlooks the heated pool. In July and August pool heating is included.
During the rest of the year pool heating is optional.
